This short note is an invitation to have a completely different conversation about whether GenZ are been seen & supported or enslaved & abandoned in Corporate America. This type of agree/disagree conversation does not create possibility, only polarity; which is a waste of the potential group intelligence of us readers.

Modern civilization, which is primarily led by hierarchical corporations, is only sustainable in exterminating life on Earth. Young people know this. Gen Z call themselves: The Last Generation. Gen Z don't need jobs. They need initiations into reclaiming their own authority and agency of thinking and feeling, including empowering skill-building environment. So that they have the competence necessary to live in a future that will require them (and us) to invent what has never been created on Earth before: regenerative nonmaterial infrastructures in the middle of multi-system collapse.
